Members of Tiger track team compete at Oklahoma

The Fort Hays State University track team had several top finishers in Saturday's J.D. Martin Open at Oklahoma University, a competition that included multiple Division I schools.
Senior Brady Maska won the shot put with a throw of 54 feet, 8 inches and finished third in the weight throw with a 56-foot toss. Sophomore Alison Mishler captured the 3,000-meter run title in 10 minutes, 48 seconds, and junior Aaron Yoder won the men's 3,000 in 8:45.54. Junior Nikki Knowles finished second in the mile (5:19).
