FHSU men drop second straight

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — For the first time this season, the Fort Hays State University men's basketball team has a two-game losing skid. The No. 3 ranked Tiger men lost 75-69 to Missouri Western State University on Monday night, dropping to 17-3 on the season.
The loss is just the second for the Tigers in MIAA play, but the second straight on the road as they sit in second place behind University of Central Missouri in the MIAA standings.
Fort Hays was led by 16 points for junior Corbin Kuntzsch. Fort Hays returns to action Saturday in Topeka to take on I-70 foe Washburn.
