FHSU tennis falls to Washburn in 1st round

KANSAS CITY, MO. -- The Fort Hays State University women's tennis team ended its season Saturday at the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Championships.
The Tigers lost 5-0 to Washburn University in the first round.
Washburn beat Northwest Missouri State University 5-3 in the finals.
On Friday in a makeup dual against Truman State (Mo.) University, the Tigers also lost 5-0.
