Tiger volleyball suffers pair of losses

WARRENSBURG -- The Fort Hays State Unviersity volleyball regular season came to an end with a pair of 3-0 losses on the road Friday and Saturday. Saturday, the Tigers fell, 9-25, 14-25, 17-25 to No. 7 ranked University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Mo.
Megan Glandon had eight kills for the Tigers, while Tracie Hileman recorded 16 digs.
The loss dropped the Tigers to 17-16 overall, and 5-13 in MIAA play for the year. Central Missouri moved to 27-4, 17-1.
Friday, the Tigers lost in straight sets to Emporia State University in Emporia, falling 20-25, 24-26, 24-26.
Madison Scwhartz and Jenna Ulrich each had 11 kills in Friday's match. Hileman had 16 digs to lead the way, while Sara Hewson added 12.
